Are there any other best architectural photographers whom you want to add to this list???
wished to see “Anthony Gelot” on this List !!! 🙁
There’s some nice stuff here but top 10 in the world, doubt it.
Here’s just one more than you’ve left out, one who has work a decent level or two above any of these top 10.
http://timgriffithphotographer.com/wp/
João Morgado is a very good architecture photographer, I follow and admire his work. But, this list is not complete if you miss Fernando Guerra (http://ultimasreportagens.com/), the most famous Portuguese architecture photographer and surely one of the top ten in the world.
It is a very strange list indeed. Much of what is shown looks to me more as architectural fantasy than photography of architecture. Real photography creates memories of a building in a way that we think of an image before we recall the real building as we saw (or imagined) it.
In addition to Baan and Guerra, it is easy to list 5-10 photographers who are just as significant. Maybe the image selection here was not the best.
Agree with you Boris.Very strange list. For example I ve seen João Morgado’s work and…
I vê seen much much better work from amateurs…
One more time people go after the famous guy, who works worse, than the one who have no fame and works way better.
Just my opion might be wrong or not.
Cheers
This top ten without Iwan Baan? Serious? The most populair architectural photographer in the world?
